Grivel has developed a new handle with three different positions. The Pull position relaxes wrist angle on vertical and overhanging pitches, reducing fatigue. The Swing position allows natural initiation and arc thereby maintaining power consistent with a more open shaft. The Match position allows the climber to match on a tool (distributing force between both arms) or switch tool from one to the other. Deep clearance (21 cm) curve cheats past radical terrain barriers.
